Code Of Conduct

Directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives of The Heico Companies, LLC (the "Company" or "we") are encouraged to consult this Code of Conduct (this "Code") when seeking to understand and fulfill their shared responsibility for the ethical pursuit of business on behalf of the Company. This Code is not intended to be a comprehensive examination of all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies that may apply on any given occasion. Rather, this Code is one component of a broader set of compliance policies and procedures adopted by the Company and updated from time to time.

This Code is no substitute for the consistent application of sound judgment and personal integrity. Indeed, each of us must determine what it means to "do the right thing" and no document or training program can address every situation that may arise. At a minimum, however, one might consider the following questions when considering a given course of action:

  • Winch Strap Is it legal and ethical?
  • Winch Strap Is it safe for the life, health, welfare or reputation of others?
  • Winch Strap Is it consistent with the Company’s policies and values?
  • Winch Strap Would I feel comfortable taking the action or decision if it were publicized in the news or on internet?
  • Winch Strap Does it protect or preserve my reputation or the reputation of the Company?
  • Winch Strap Would I feel comfortable discussing my action or decision with my manager? My customers? My family and friends?

If the answer to any of the above questions is "no," then you should reconsider your action or decision. If you are still unsure, seek guidance. Never compromise your integrity. Do not let the pressure to succeed make you do things you know are wrong.

You are expected to abide by both the letter and the spirit of the ethical standards described in this Code. You will be asked to acknowledge your receipt of the Code and your personal commitment to the ethical practices described in the following pages.

Who is responsible for compliance? YOU ARE.

When in doubt…ASK.

If you have questions or concerns about this Code or any Company policy, contact your supervisor or a member of the Legal Group.

The date of this Code of Conduct is January 1, 2017.
