We organize and manage our portfolio companies through four reporting groups.

Each reporting Group is overseen by an executive management team that provides strategic guidance and support services to each of its companies. This structure allows each portfolio company to operate independently while also having dedicated resources available to help it achieve its goals.

Our Chairman, Emily Heisley Stoeckel, provides strategic direction to the organization and leads The Heico Companies' Board of Directors. She has devoted more than 20 years to the growth and development of a diverse portfolio of companies and has extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, financial analysis, financing and risk management. This certification allows us to become better partners to many of our clients by helping them to meet their supplier diversity requirements.
