The Heico Companies, LLC Completes the Acquisition of Kleiss Gears, Inc., from Victrex plc

CHICAGO – August 7, 2026 – The Heico Companies, LLC has completed the acquisition of Kleiss Gears, Inc., a highly specialized precision molding and manufacturing business based in Grantsburg, Wisconsin, from Victrex plc.

The business will operate as Kleiss High Precision, LLC (“Kleiss”) and will become part of the Plastics Segment of The Heico Companies’ Industrial Technologies Group (“ITG”).

The acquisition strengthens Heico’s Plastics Segment through the addition of advanced high-precision injection molding, micromolding, and plastic gear molding capabilities. Kleiss brings deep expertise in the design and manufacture of highly engineered, tight-tolerance polymer components, including applications utilizing PEEK and other high-performance engineered resins.
